*Note: Lesley and AfriOceans were sponsored by the Save Our Seas Foundation from 2004 to 2009. Chris Clarke, former executive director and in-house producer, Caroline Brett, of SOS entered much of Lesley's work into many film festivals. Lesley was however not credited for the awards her work won. In addition, in 2009 Lesley produced a short video which she titled 'Save Our Sharks'. The production was awarded a PANDA at the 2010 Wildscreen Film Festival. Lesley was not credited although she is in fact the original producer, director, off-line editor and scriptwriter of the production, which was merely revised by the SOS Foundation. In addition, she kindly used much of her hard hitting finning footage from Sharks in Deep Trouble, her award winning documentary, as well as other footage that belongs to her, and she used footage from fellow shark conservationists, Alex Hofford. This is the second Panda Lesley's work has been credited with.
